- An agent will meet you at the airport curbside, and escort you to check‑in in the priority / first class lane for any airline
- Your dedicated VIP officer will escort you through the fast‑pass security checks, through the expedited security lane
- You will then be escorted to the expedited passport check lane

Rates
Per passenger, shown in the booking form before you enter any card details. Kids under 2 are free. The form is always up to date, because it is where you pay.
Cancellation
Full refund when you cancel 14 days or more before travel. Illness or family bereavement inside that window: a one-year credit voucher with documentation. If we cannot provide the service, you are refunded in full immediately.
Flight changes
We track the flight number on your booking. Delayed or rescheduled? Tell us in writing as soon as you know and we re-time the service. Full terms on the service conditions page.

Arrival Fast Track. The arrival queue at Nassau — immigration, baggage, customs — is the part of the trip most people want handled. If your priority is getting to your resort fast, start there.
When is the Departure Fast Track worth it?
On US-bound flights especially. Leaving Nassau for the US means check‑in, security and then US preclearance — a full border crossing before boarding. The departure service takes you through the early steps in the priority lanes so the last morning of the trip is not spent in lines.
Can I add hotel transportation?
Yes — private transportation to Atlantis, Baha Mar, Cable Beach or Paradise Island can be arranged with your booking, and your driver meets you at the same designated VIP curbside as your agent.
